Job Title: Solution Designer – Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months Contract with possibilities of Extension
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solution Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in solution design, user experience, and business analysis within enterprise environments. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, UX knowledge, and strong communication skills, ideally with public sector experience.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Technical Solution and Development Skills – 40%
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM.
- Strong experience in:
- Creating business design documents and both functional & non-functional requirements.
- Developing high-level application flows and functional design documents.
- Producing detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.
- Designing solutions with a focus on user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Conducting user research and usability testing.
- Developing user personas and user journey maps.
- Analyzing user feedback and addressing pain points through design.
- Creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Applying industry best practices in solution design.
- Experience in:
- Developing use cases (business/system) and documenting business rules.
- Creating business requirements documents.
- Risk identification and solutioning.
- Quality assurance planning and writing test cases.
Technology Skills – 35%
- Experience with change management methodologies.
- 3+ years implementing Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM solutions.
- Experience in:
- Documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
- Working with Rational Unified Process (RUP).
- Developing view visibility and CRUD matrices.
- Designing screen mockups and workflows, translating them into wireframes or prototypes.
Soft Skills – 20%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize new ideas and present innovative solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.
- Experience working in large team environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Effective communicator with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
Public Sector Experience – 5%
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Models is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with maintaining corporate QA standards is also an asset.
