The Role

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft stack developer with solid skills, a practical mindset, and a genuine desire to grow. You should be someone who’s beyond the basics, confident in your craft, but also open to new approaches and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Build integrations across ERP, Payroll, HR, and external systems using C# and the latest .NET versions
• Develop and maintain clean, scalable RESTful APIs, services, and background jobs
• Work with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework Core, and other Azure cloud services
• Collaborate closely with consultants and clients to design thoughtful, business-aligned solutions
• Contribute to AI-driven tools and agent workflows (including OpenAI/LLM integrations)
• Participate in planning, architecture, and technical discussions, without ego

You’re Someone Who:

• Has 4–6 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET (8/9)
• Is proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Has strong experience with SQL Server 2016+ and T-SQL
• Understands UX Design principles and best practices
• Is familiar with RESTful architecture and authentication flows (OAuth2, JWTs, etc.)
• Has experience with Git version control
• Can build clean, production-ready code and troubleshoot it without drama

Bonus If You Know:

• Cloud environments (especially Azure) eg Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus
• JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Vue, and/or React, Node.js)
• AI/LLM tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate workflows
• Microservice architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic experience with Blazor for front-end development
• Is familiar with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development
• Event-driven architecture patterns
