Right now, we're expanding our Data & Solutions team and looking for a Solution Consultant (Customer Experience Management) to join us on the journey.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Design and present innovative technical solutions across Business Intelligence, Data-Driven Marketing, Business Process Automation and Enterprise Content Management.

✅ Partner closely with our sales and delivery teams to drive value for our clients.

✅ Support solution development across pre-sales activities, RFPs and tenders.

✅ Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and ensure smooth project handovers.

✅ Share knowledge with internal teams and contribute fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the game.

✅ Engage with enterprise clients and stakeholders to bring solutions to life.

✅ Some interstate travel as needed.

What you’ll bring:

🔹 Experience with digital and data-driven technologies, especially Marketing Automation.

🔹 Previous consulting or pre-sales experience (enterprise client exposure highly regarded).

🔹 Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms like Quadient Inspire, SmartCommunications or OpenText (experience essential).

🔹 Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign would be a bonus!

🔹 Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

🔹 A consultative, innovative and client-first mindset.
