In this role, you will:

• Drive marketing strategies for new store openings across Australia, ensuring each launch creates impact.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key shopping centre stakeholders — including Westfield, Vicinity, and other major landlords.
• Implement marketing initiatives across all store touchpoints to increase brand visibility and footfall.
• Support underperforming stores with tailored local area marketing strategies to help drive results.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, retail operations, and visual merchandising to ensure alignment.
• Be hands-on in executing store-level campaigns and activations.

What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, ideally within fashion, footwear, apparel, or FMCG industries.
• A strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape, consumer behaviour, and shopping centre dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in store launch campaigns and retail activations.
• Established relationships with centre management teams across key retail groups such as Westfield and Vicinity.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
