A leading global tech innovator is looking for a Solutions Architect (Presales) to join their Digital Workplace Solutions team and help drive the future of PC Lifecycle Management and Managed Services in Japan.

This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally on enterprise IT transformation projects and lead solution development that directly impacts business operations across industries.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead pre-sales solution architecture for PC Lifecycle Management (PCLCM), Device as a Service (DaaS), Microsoft 365, Ivanti, kitting, imaging, and Managed Services.
• Conduct customer workshops, define requirements, and build compelling “To-Be” solution proposals.
• Create high-impact Statements of Work (SoW), presentations, and delivery coordination plans.
• Act as a central point of collaboration between sales, delivery teams, engineering, and global stakeholders.
• Develop strategic local initiatives aligned with global and APAC teams.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in pre-sales or solution selling within the IT industry (preferably corporate B2B).
• Proven knowledge of device management, IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, or workplace transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
• Confident in leading workshops, writing SoWs, and aligning internal and external teams for execution.
