The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, bridging technical and business teams across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and workshops with stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive pre-sales and delivery success.
• Guide and mentor project teams through solution implementation and integration efforts.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certifications preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Native-level Japanese and business-fluent English proficiency.
