Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary GenAI – Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/Generative AI-enabled solutions across diverse business functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in architecting production-grade GenAI applications, integrating them with enterprise platforms, and enabling large-scale digital transformation through intelligent automation and AI-driven services.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:
• Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for AI/GenAI-enabled applications, addressing diverse use cases across business functions.
• GenAI Use Cases:
• Architect production-grade GenAI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), call analytics platforms, conversational AI bots (text and voice), AI agents/multi-agent systems, and intelligent search solutions.
• Technology Evaluation:
• Assess and recommend Agentic AI platforms from hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI-native vendors, and SaaS providers to fit specific business needs.
• System Integration:
• Design and lead the integration of AI/GenAI platforms with telephony systems (e.g., dialers), chat platforms, mobile apps, CRM platforms, and enterprise digital applications.
• Data Platform Design:
• Develop data platforms to support GenAI initiatives, capable of handling unstructured and streaming data in real-time across multiple modalities—text, voice, video, and images.
• AI in SDLC:
• Drive adoption of GenAI tools across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation across tech teams.
• Cloud-Native AI Applications:
• Architect and deploy GenAI solutions on cloud platforms ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Data Architecture Expertise:
• Design intelligent data architectures leveraging Vector Databases, Graph DBs, Relational and NoSQL databases, customized to the needs of AI/GenAI models and applications.
• Modern Architecture Patterns:
• Implement event-driven and microservices-based architectures to enable responsive, decoupled, and future-ready digital platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering AI/GenAI architectures in enterprise-grade environments
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems
• Hands-on knowledge of tools and platforms such as LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, etc.
• Proficiency in integrating with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and deploying AI workloads in production
• Strong background in data engineering, streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark), and handling multimodal data
• Experience with telephony integration (e.g., Twilio, Genesys) and customer interaction platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps practices for AI solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, or specialized GenAI programs
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare) is a plus
