Solution Architect with Healthcare experience

2 years with one (1) one-year optional renewal period, commencing approximately May 26th, 2025.

The resource must be available to work on-site in Fredericton, full time in Fredericton. At the discretion of manager, a blend of on-site and off-site may be considered (60% on-site / 40% off-site i.e. 3 days on-site / 2 days off-site) after the resource has been adequately integrated to the work.

A minimum of 15 years of IM/IT experience

A minimum of ten (10) or more years of demonstrated experience as a lead Solution Architect on medium to large system development or COTS implementation projects. The referenced experience must have been obtained in the last fifteen (15) years.

3+ years of demonstrated hands on experience as an architect in the eHealth space.

3+ years of demonstrated experience working with eHealth Standards Based Messaging, including HL7 V2, V3 and FHIR.

5+ years of demonstrated capability of managing/leading a team of specialists, technical analysts or programmers on information technology development projects.

5+ years of demonstrated experience leading technical design and technical requirements gathering sessions and experience in review of existing systems, technology and solutions and performing technical and solution due diligence.

5+ years of demonstrated experience in the development of Architecture and Deliverables

5+ years of demonstrated experience standing up and delivering enterprise solutions/services, providing experience on maintainability and long-term lifecycles that extend beyond initial implementation.

5+ years of Solution analysis and delivery experience, including solution evaluation (custom vs COTS vs adapted COTS vs SaaS vs PaaS).

5+ years of demonstrated experience in transformational projects acting as an architect with proven capabilities mentoring technical teams.
