Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Solutions Support

  • Support sales teams with EAE-based architecture and demos.
  • Assist OEMs, system integrators, and end users with technical challenges.
  • Conduct design audits and troubleshoot customer implementations.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and PoC projects.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
  • Guide customers through digital transformation and automation roadmaps.

Technical Leadership

  • Build and validate EAE solution architectures.
  • Develop technical content (design guides, documentation, case studies).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solution scalability.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver application-specific workshops and onsite training.
  • Create technical marketing content (webinars, demos, blogs).
  • Represent the organization at industry events and institutions.

Deliverables

  • Build and maintain a country-specific demo area (HW & SW).
  • Customize demos for customer pain points.
  • Develop and validate hardware CATs and application libraries.
  • Provide technical and commercial support during project execution.
  • Document solutions, use cases, and share best practices.
