Job Descriptions

• the first technical interface for residential and C&I pv system including energy storage , ev charger, etc.
• responsible for the training work on business partners such as intallers, distributors , other business parters etc.
• responsible for internal training work on products and service.
• responsible for technical trouble shoot which can not solved by parters.
• work together with country manager to ensure the customer cooperation and satisfication.
• travel in APAC region for technical support if necessary.

Qualifications

• more than 3 years of PV+ storage system technical products and service experience, excellent practical ability
• good communication skills and adaptability
• bachelor degree or above
• head pv+storage brand enterprise work experience is preferred
• with the local electrician qualification, safety certification requirements are preferred
