Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer with expertise in server & storage solutions. As a Solution Engineer (Presales), you will

1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical consultation.
2. Design and propose computing & storage solutions of H3C products.
3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
4. Lead Demo, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and fit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal Solution Engineer (Presales):

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in server & storage system
2. Proven experience in designing and deploying computing & storage solutions with vendors like: IBM, HPE, DELL, Lenovo etc..
3. Consultant experience for national name account as a plus (eg.. Viettel, FPT, Vin etc..)

Technical Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of x86 server, AMD server, blade server, SAN switch, storage system.
2. Familiarity with virtualization products e.g., KVM, K8S, Ceph, Openstack and solutions is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Language:

1. Fluent in English, mainly for internal working environment.
2. Vietnamese as native language
