We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant / Functional Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure Services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to align with evolving business needs.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and workflows.
Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 standard functionalities while identifying areas for customization.
Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
Lead or assist in deployment and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Plan and oversee system integrations (ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across systems.
Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference.

Technical & Product Knowledge :
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus for understanding sector-specific requirements.
Ability to assess complex business processes and design effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and user adoption effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
