Experience: 7+ years

We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant / Functional Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure Services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to align with evolving business needs.

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and workflows.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 standard functionalities while identifying areas for customization.
  • Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
  • Lead or assist in deployment and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Plan and oversee system integrations (ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across systems.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference.

  • Technical & Product Knowledge :
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform and Azure Services.
  • Familiarity with data models, system architecture, and integration points.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus for understanding sector-specific requirements.
  • Ability to assess complex business processes and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage timelines, tasks, and user adoption effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
