• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce release management.
• Plan and coordinate releases across Salesforce environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and change governance using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Git.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure smooth deployments and alignment with project goals.
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for planned changes and deployments.
• Oversee metadata movement between environments while maintaining system integrity.
• Ensure releases align with Agile sprint cycles and organizational delivery timelines.
• Drive deployment best practices, rollback strategies, and release documentation standards.
• Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Release Manager or Salesforce Administrator (not mandatory).
