Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion Implementation
Location: Remote with occasional workshops in Leeds, London, or Dublin
Contract: Competitive Market Rate, Outside IR35

Role Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale finance transformation, leading the architectural support for a major Oracle Fusion migration as part of a wider finance modernisation initiative.
Responsibilities:
Lead the solution design and integration for Oracle Fusion across a global enterprise.
Define data flows and mappings, ensuring seamless integration with finance, procurement, payroll, and HR systems.
Oversee the transition from on-prem Oracle finance systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring successful data migration and system interoperability.
Work closely with enterprise IT teams to integrate security and identity management solutions.
Engage with senior finance, IT, and procurement stakeholders to shape system architecture and technical strategy.
Support technical implementation and troubleshooting across finance transformation and enterprise IT integration initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, ideally transitioning from on-prem Oracle solutions.
Strong solution architecture and data integration expertise within finance and procurement transformation programmes.
Experience working in enterprise environments with complex system integrations (finance, HR, security, and procurement platforms).
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with cross-functional teams in IT, finance, and procurement.
