About the Role:

Medianova is seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on assessing and solving technical challenges for current customers, potential customers/leads. In this role, you won’t just address requests; you’ll go beyond the surface to uncover the root of their challenges, offer tailored solutions, and empower our customers' dijital journey.For example, if someone says, "I need X" you won’t simply confirm availability. Instead, you’ll ask why. The real need might be addressed by another solution or approach that the lead or customer isn’t aware of. Your primary goal will be to deeply understand their objectives and align them with the best technology solutions. Whether it’s utilizing existing Medianova services or planning quick wins by developing new services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with current customers, potential customers/leads to thoroughly understand their technical needs and business objectives.
• Act as a technical expert during client engagements, pre-sales discussions, and technical workshops.
• Evaluate requests and challenges from prospects and customers, identifying better or alternative solutions where applicable.
• Design and propose tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Engage with potential customers to showcase how Medianova's services can solve their pain points or achieve their goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to research, plan, and prototype new services when specific client or lead requirements go beyond the current portfolio.
• Provide guidance to internal teams about market trends and lead/client feedback to ensure services remain competitive and relevant.
• Prepare relevant content (document, presentation, cheatsheet, etc.)
• Follow up on the onboarding process and projects of clients, ensuring their continued success with our services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or a similar role in the cloud services, CDN, or SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, or Azure services, including their CDN, cloud storage, infrastructure, security, and other cloud solutions.
• Strong ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and prospects.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like CDN, DNS, caching, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in identifying customer and market needs and proposing solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) are desirable.
