Position: Associate Architect/ Solution Architect

Work Location: Noida

Experience: 8+ years

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA

Reports To: Sr. GM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in a detailed review of the following SDLC phases of software modules:
• Detailed Requirement Review
• Detailed Design Review
• Work on cloud-enabled design and architecture, primarily around AWS and Azure.
• Be available and open to travel internationally and domestically for on-site opportunities.
• Have a thorough understanding of Newgen Products: iBPS, OD, and RMS.
• Define best practices around iBPS and other product modules.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, etc.
• Design enterprise deployment architecture for high-availability deployment.
• Perform onsite/offsite health checks, audits, and delivery assurance of deployed solutions.
• Possess a passion/aptitude for troubleshooting using application/system log analysis and database query optimization, along with application server tuning.
• Develop reusable software components.
• Engage in Sev 1/Sev 2 production issue handling across delivery groups.
• Act as a bridge between product and delivery groups to generalize new requirements that could become candidates for product enhancements.
• Assist the delivery team in ensuring secure coding practices are followed.
• Support Sales/Pre-Sales/CRM teams.
• Work closely with accelerator teams for solution design.
