Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the sales, service & promotion of our solar inverter products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, and a solid understanding of solar energy solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Sales Responsibility: 
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the solar inverter market. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, and distributors. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and technical features of solar inverters. 
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs. 
  • Manage and expand the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Contribute in to lead generation by identifying new potential customers negotiating & close the deals with the guidance of the regional team members. 


2. Product Marketing: 

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for solar inverters across multiple platforms along with MKTG team. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence, including website and social media channels. 
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics. 
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to raise product visibility and generate leads. 


3. Technical Support: 

  • Provide technical support to customers and prospects to help them to understand product specifications, benefits, and installation requirements. 
  • Collaborate with the internal team (BD & Design ) to address any product-related issues or customer concerns. 
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the internal team ( BD & Design ) for product/service improvement. 


4. Reporting and Analysis:  

  • Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system 
  • Submit required data reports to the central team on time ( as and when required  
  • Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance. 


  Key Skills and Qualifications: 


  •   Education: Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ITI 
  •   Experience: 0-2 years of sales and marketing experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry, with a focus on solar inverters or related technologies preferred. 


Skills: 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of the solar energy industry, specifically solar inverters and related products.
