This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Kolhapur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve regular field visits to meet with clients, providing product demonstrations, and gathering market insights to contribute to product development strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Water Purifier Industry, Automotive & Inverter Batteries,Decorative Paints, Cement Roofing Sheets.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle projects & Dealers
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Understanding of market trends and customer needs
Proficiency Sales Tools
Experience of Team Handling
Strong Experience of Channel Sales
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Good Experience of Business Development.
