Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and/or automated testing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for identifying and resolving software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts (manual & automated).
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software.
• Provide feedback on usability and improve user experience.
• Ensure that the final product meets business and user requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with manual testing and/or automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Appium).
• Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or C#) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
