Tasks: Develop automated business process test cycles and automated testing components for SAP R/3, BI, BW and SAP Enterprise Portal and other applications, using the HP Quality Suite of tools and applications. Support test lead to identify risks and to develop mitigation strategies. Execute automated cases and analyze results to verify design requirements are met and in compliance with quality system standards; report test status and findings to Test Lead. Build comprehensive library of re-usable automated test components and actions using SAP TAO. Technically oriented, able to troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, installations and configuration of test environments. Ability to analyze and balance facts, priorities and alternatives to make sound decisions and recommendations. Knowledge of SAP and business support system software testing including best practice methodology. Experience of SAP R/3, BI, BW and Enterprise Portal. Ability to interpret SAP business processes to create test scenarios and test scripts. Experienced with automated and manual testing practices and tools (HPQC, TAO, QTP), and migration from a manual to automated QA Test environment. Deep expertise in HP Quality Center, with demonstrated ability in test planning, test construction and execution using QC as the foundation test tool. Working knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures. Experience with SAP TDMS for test data/test environments and any regression analysis tools (SAP Solution Manager, Change Analyser etc.). Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats.
