Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated Software Sales Representative & Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our software solutions to healthcare facilities, including clinics, hospitals, and medical centers. This role requires a strong background in sales within the medical field and experience in software sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the merchandising and selling of all company software services and systems.
  • Research, identify, and contact potential customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Communicate with customers using all available communication channels.
  • Advising clients regarding their software options.
  • Answering new and existing client questions about products.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the medical and healthcare sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring successful implementation and utilization of our software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have previous experience in sales.
  • Software and technology knowledge.
  • Computer literate and able to effectively use MS Office applications.
  • Good email writing skills.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical field, particularly in software sales.
  • Strong understanding of the medical and healthcare sectors, including knowledge of relevant software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
