🌟 We're Hiring: Software QA Engineer - Workday Analyst! 🌟

We're looking for a detail-oriented Workday Analyst with a passion for data and reporting to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system by creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports that support critical business decisions.

This position is also responsible for all aspects of the test cycle including, but not limited to, the design and creation of test cases, design and implementation of manual and automated tests, executing test scripts as well as the proper documentation of defects. This position requires expertise with a variety of testing techniques such as exploratory testing, white/black box, etc.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and must have experience in software testing using Agile Scrum methodology.

📍 Location: Taguig, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (1x or 2x onsite per month) 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities

  • Create custom Workday reports based on detailed business needs and specifications provided by stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the final reports.
  • Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the testing process.
  • Deploy reports in the Workday environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes, and providing training and support to end-users as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including HR, finance, and IT teams, to gather report requirements, provide regular updates on progress, and ensure all needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update existing reports to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with changing business needs, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for report-related issues, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports, including design specifications, testing protocols, and deployment procedures, to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Workday report writing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, custom reports that meet complex business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Timekeeping, Payroll, and other relevant areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues, find innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools and technologies, including but not limited to, Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio, and Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
