Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform regular updates to homepage banners, product information, and store locator listings.
  • Make minor front-end/UI changes (HTML, CSS adjustments) to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
  • Eliminate basic IT security risks through regular patching, access control updates, and code review (within current stack constraints).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any front-end/backend issues impacting functionality or stability.
  • Update static and structured content via Contentful CMS (manual updates through API).
  • Manage product catalogue updates using Excel and region-specific translations (e.g., for ID and TH).
  • Maintain store locator data through JSON uploads generated from CSV inputs.
  • Support existing MailChimp integrations (manual and API-based form submissions).
  • Ensure accurate newsletter and appointment form data is sent to the corporate CRM (via internal middleware).
  • Monitor data validation and duplicate handling across mailing list workflows.
  • Address IT security risks based on current infrastructure (e.g., outdated Laravel/PHP stack) without performing full upgrades.
  • Regularly check and secure FTP access, credentials, and environment configurations.
  • Apply best practices in managing .env files, API keys, and form data handling.
  • Support deployments via existing manual FTP process.
  • Maintain basic Laravel logs and assist in reviewing them for recurring issues.
  • Work with internal teams to document content changes and ensure traceability.

Core Qualifications And Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) and MySQL
  • Working knowledge of AWS EC2 hosting and basic server-side operations
  • Familiarity with Contentful CMS and API-based CMS workflows
  • Basic understanding of MailChimp integrations and form-based CRM interactions
  • Experience with manual deployment processes (e.g., FTP)
  • Strong attention to detail in content accuracy and data formatting Preferred:
  • Ability to work within a legacy codebase and document updates clearly
  • Familiarity with CRM form submission flows (e.g., Responsys, MapR)
  • Comfortable working with multilingual content and regional requirements (e.g., ID, TH)

Soft Skills

  • Responsible and proactive in managing recurring maintenance tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with marketing/content teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills in low-documentation environments

  • Work conveniently with a hybrid work setup (two days remote setup per week)
  • This is a 6-month or 1 year contract position with our client; Subject for extension and absorption based on performance and project needs.
