We’re looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our software quality assurance efforts, designing test strategies, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers, BAs, and POs to ensure our products are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts
• Report and document defects using a tracking system and work alongside developers to resolve them
• Perform compatibility and performance testing across various environments
• Participate in product design reviews, contributing valuable QA insights
• Maintain and execute automated and manual tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Monitor and track bug resolutions and testing milestones
• Ensure testing standards and documentation are maintained

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience testing Microsoft-centric solutions (.NET, C#, SQL Server)
• Proficiency in Microsoft testing tools, Visual Studio, Test Manager, and Azure DevOps
• Deep understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies
• Proven ability to create clear, concise, and detailed test plans and cases
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to install and replicate production environments for testing
• Strong focus on quality, usability, and performance

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 4–5 years of experience in QA roles, including test automation
• Experience with performance and security testing
• Background in large enterprise or e-business systems
• A creative mindset for solving complex problems and identifying edge cases
