We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong software development background. This platform integrates multi-faceted user roles including businesses, professionals, advertisers, and commission agents, making it a unique and culturally targeted initiative that requires expertise in data management, team coordination, and robust project lifecycle oversight. Project Planning and Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic project plans to create an accurate, usable, and feature-rich platform. Define project milestones and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Platform Development and Data Management: Oversee the development of a multi-role platform utilizing *Flutter flow and Build ship*, focusing on streamlined user experience and secure data handling. Manage bulk data import, data verification, and user profile accuracy. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and data analysts to execute the project vision. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stages of development. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, the business community, and development teams. Understand and incorporate user feedback to enhance the platform's cultural relevance and functionality. Quality Assurance and Testing: Ensure high usability and functionality through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. Lead efforts to maintain a seamless, user-friendly interface. User Experience Design: Work closely with UX/UI teams to develop an intuitive interface, emphasizing accessibility and ease of navigation for a diverse user base. Ensure the platform aligns with user needs, including CRM integrations and easy data management tools. Experience in Project Management Methodologies: Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proven ability to manage projects through development cycles, from concept to deployment. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with *Flutter flow, Build ship*, and CRM systems. Familiarity with data verification processes, bulk data import functionalities, and technologies that support seamless data management across complex user interfaces. Data Handling and Verification: Skilled in managing and verifying large datasets. Experience in bulk data import and ensuring data accuracy. User-Centric Design Focus: Adept at integrating UX/UI principles into the development process to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Cultural Awareness and Community Engagement: Understanding of our projects and business practices to create a relevant and engaging platform. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and provide clear guidance to the development team. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with strong verbal and written skills to coordinate across teams and regions.
