Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of software products by closely collaborating with the development team and managing the Scrum process. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and extensive experience in software product delivery management.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the software development team to deliver software products in alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the software development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.
  • Manage the daily iterations of the Scrum team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collect and analyze new user requirements and competitive product information to inform product development.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in product development and delivery.
  • Conduct demand analysis, competitive product analysis, and research on product development trends.
  • Oversee the software product development process to ensure timely delivery and acceptance of features and releases.
  • Utilize Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Software Product Manager, with relevant experience in business to business (B2B) software product industry.
  • Proven experience with Scrum methodologies and daily iteration management.
  • Strong proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with the to use English as a working language for seamless communication.
  • Proactive work attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, learning capacity, and team management skills.
  • Background in computer technology is preferred.
  • Experience in inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Experience working or studying in an English-speaking country is a plus.
