We are conducting a search for a talented  Software Product Manager to manage the HighRes orchestration software . This person will have a significant role in defining the long-term vision and roadmap. They will contribute to how we enable our customers to physically and digitally automate their science to accelerate the improvement of human health. This person will collaborate closely with customers (internal and external), strategic integration partners and our engineering team to define capabilities, requirements, and development for the industry leading life science automation platform. What you will be doing:

• Define and drive the Product Roadmap for HighRes Software Product.
• Specify the functional requirements for new features by working with internal and external customers.
• Lead processes and development for a team of engineers, graphic designers and UX designers.
• Contribute to business case and market development for SW scheduler product and strategy.
• Partner with marketing to communicate product capabilities and benefits to the market.
• Be able to present any of our SW products to a customer and convey current functionality and planned roadmap for the product to broad audience ranging from CTO to developer to lab scientist.
• Lead usability design to deliver solutions our customers will love.
• Integrate the customer voice into our development efforts.
• Oversee the goals and performance of the SW scheduler.
• Define key strategies and product features across the software product portfolio to align market needs, company strategy and revenue delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

Your knowledge, skills, and attributes:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• BA/BS in a relevant space
• Experience in Lab Automation, Biotech or Life Science Software Spaces
• Experience delivering complex products from inception to market
• Experience delivering features to the market and driving successful business outcomes
• Experience with integration of multiple business information systems using standard industry approaches, e.g., LIMS Integrations, Inventory Management Systems Integrations
• An aptitude and focus on delivering a unified experience across a myriad of products
• A great individual contributor who cares about the cohesion of the team 
• Experience with cloud computing and IOT
• Skilled in the art of communication and knowing your audience
