About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Project Manager with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to lead and drive multiple software development teams to successful product releases. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in Agile facilitation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation:
• Act as a servant-leader and Agile facilitator for three or more software development teams. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Project Leadership:
• Provide clear direction and leadership to software teams, helping them navigate challenges and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Remove Obstacles:
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments that block progress. Collaborate across departments to maintain resource alignment and streamline communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Ensure effective communication between developers, product owners, stakeholders, and other project contributors. Support transparency and accountability throughout all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team performance and product quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer (designing, building, testing, or delivering software products)
• 5+ years of proven success as a Software Project Manager or Scrum Master leading Agile software teams through full development cycles
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams
• Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• PMP certification
• Experience in a startup or high-growth software company environment
