To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Software Integration Manager"


Job purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead and oversee integration projects, with a strong focus on SoftwareAG and Kong platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions to ensure seamless connectivity between systems, applications, and services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to drive successful integration initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using SoftwareAG and Kong.
  • Manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to define integration requirements and solutions.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of SoftwareAG and Kong platforms to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, process flows, and integration guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in integration and API management to enhance current processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with integration platforms, with expertise in SoftwareAG and Kong preferred.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects and leading teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
