XLYOUR is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to help deliver successful software implementations and business transformations for our clients across construction, mining, transport and utilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead end-to-end software implementations – from needs analysis to post-go-live support
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and map current/future state processes
• Configure and test systems like InEight, Nintex, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Develop and deliver training to a broad range of stakeholders
• Drive user adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct data migration and testing
• Provide project go-live support through hypercare and beyond

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ERP and/or construction project software
• Strong skills in project management, business analysis, process modelling, system configuration and testing, training and change management
• Industry experience in construction, mining, utilities or infrastructure
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities
• Flexibility to travel (30–50%) to client sites across the APAC region

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with tools like InEight, Nintex, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Visio, or Odoo
