We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Senior Team Lead - Quality Analyst with expertise in automation testing to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, providing guidance on testing best practices and automation strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure effective test coverage
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets specifications
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of test activities throughout the software development lifecycle
• Continuously improve and optimize test processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing
• Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous testing practices
• Knowledge of API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  
  

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or similar certification
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
