Software Engineer – Integration and Test

ICR is looking for a Mid-Senior level, experienced and motivated Software Engineer to join our TACOMA team and focus on back-end Java development.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Understand customer/operational requirements and implement new functionality into software products.
• Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
• Research, design, development and test of software applications for a variety of systems.
• Possible quarter-time remote (WFH) may be available
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field.
• Active Top Secret Security clearance with SSBI and eligible for SCI access.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, integration and testing.
• Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) and RTB-compliant technologies
• Knowledge of data ingest, fusion, and visualization techniques and tools
• Familiarity with configuration management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Ability to travel 25% CONUS and OCONUS
• Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, integration, and testing, with a focus on CDS and RTB- compliant technologies
• Experience working with the US Air Force (USAF) or other military branches, particularly with the 9th Air Force (9AF) or Air Forces Central Command (AFCENT)
• Knowledge of specific tools and applications such as Cognos, Snapglass, Maven, Dataminr, JAWS, and Advana
• Experience with data pipeline development and integration
• Security + Certification
• Experience with configuration management tools and practices, including version control systems and software repositories
  
  

Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 (Aurora, CO)

$100,000 - $166,000 (Shaw AFB, SC)
