Job Description – Software Engineer (DevInfra/Tooling, Metaverse – Horizon Spaces)

Meta is hiring Software Engineers to support build and test infrastructure for Horizon Spaces, a flagship Metaverse application.

You will own internal developer tools, fix build breakages, and improve CI/CD workflows for 1st party apps.

Day-to-day involves

• maintaining .NET/C# tools,
• debugging system issues,
• and supporting 100s of developers.
• Work closely with global engineering teams to enhance developer experience and system reliability.

Must-have skills:

• Proficiency in C# or Java script or C++ or Python ;
• strong build systems experience (Bazel/Buck/MSBuild);
• Big Tech background.

Nice to have:

Unity experience, knowledge of code coverage tooling, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate thrives in infra or tooling teams and understands large-scale development environments.

This is a high-impact role maintaining core tools powering daily engineering workflows.
