They provide real time asset to cloud digitization to solve operational issues for their customers. Their product is a microsatellite unit with sensor, base and cover that is offered to the market as a “Hardware as a Service” model, both locally and internationally. We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer to be part of the small Engineering team, developing Front and Back End Solutions including Mobile applications. Your responsibilities include: Design, implement and support the company’s software applications Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Help maintain code quality Collaborate and communicate effectively as part of an agile multi-disciplinary team Provide thinking and innovation not considered or in the roadmap Research and implement software best practices such as business process and test automation To be successful: Extensive commercial software development experience using C# programming language, .Net Core framework and React JS Knowledge of AWS cloud, systems administration and cloud automation Good knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms and systems design Experience in front-end development and web technologies Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business process automation and workflow management technologies Data analysis and visualisation iOS/Android app development Full working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship) to work in Australia.
