Key Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing large-scale services and enterprise-grade software is essential.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and others is required.
• Expertise in database management systems including SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB is necessary.
• An in-depth understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is essential
• Demonstrated expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• A proven ability to drive technical innovation and excellence within the team by advocating for best practices, code reviews, and spearheading architectural improvements
• Displays excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas.
