Job Purpose:

Through a full range of innovative and digital solutions, Pluxee creates meaningful, engaging, and personalized experiences to contribute to the well-being of individuals at work and beyond. We’re looking for a talented Software Development Team Lead to join our high-performing team.

🚀 Your next challenge:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying applications using .NET/.NET Core and C#.
• Architect and implement microservices and event-driven systems with a focus on scalability and high traffic handling.
• Oversee the design and development of RESTful APIs and maintain code quality standards through Clean Code practices, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams, including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching on technical issues, code reviews, and best practices.
• Work with various relational (MsSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Manage CI/CD workflows and ensure smooth integration and delivery pipelines.
• Promote containerization best practices using Docker/Kubernetes and contribute to the architecture of highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
• Manage and participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies to drive project milestones and team performance.

🌟 You’re a match, if you have:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET/.NET Core.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role guiding teams through the development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Microservice Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Proficient in working with relational (MsSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, Clean Code, and Refactoring.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred), and containerization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and effective communication.
• Experience in Agile environments and working knowledge of SCRUM methodologies.
• Proactive attitude toward team growth, development, and continuous improvement.

📍 Your Location:Preferred: Istanbul, TurkeyHybrid ( 2 days a month in the office )
