We’re seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with expertise in AI/ML to help build and integrate intelligent solutions across both modern cloud-native platforms and legacy systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative initiatives while ensuring the stability and performance of core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models with automated testing across legacy and modern tech stacks
• Oversee lifecycle processes including analysis, design, review, and QA testing
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models to optimize performance within various environments
• Partner cross-functionally to lead complex technical initiatives across diverse technologies
• Enhance test automation strategies and streamline testing workflows
• Mentor junior team members and help establish engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years leading concurrent projects across legacy and modern platforms
• 5+ years in cloud and Java application development with a focus on test automation
• 3+ years in AI/ML development
• 3+ years working with legacy technologies

Preferred:

• 5+ years in healthcare or PBM
• Cloud-native technology experience
• Familiarity with IBMi/AS400
• RxClaim or PBM adjudication system experience
