CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of our in-house proprietary HUB, a critical system that supports pharmacy operations. This role involves working with OutSystems, a low-code platform, to build scalable, efficient, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare technology/software development and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Software Development & Implementation: Develop, design, and implement software solutions using OutSystems. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and system architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into functional applications. System Architecture & Scalability: Assist in designing scalable, high-performance systems to support pharmacy operations. Ensure software is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system capabilities. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Experience with OutSystems or other low-code development platforms is strongly preferred. Familiarity with cloud computing, API development, and system integrations. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with SQL databases and application development. Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies includes .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of healthcare software solutions, interoperability standards, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
