Software Configuration Manager - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Software Configuration Manager ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Maintain software and hardware configuration control and perform configuration management for software.
• Perform configuration/version control and tracking of software and code during development, testing, and operational service, and documenting and tracking software versions.
• Maintain accurate records of the current configuration baselines of the various systems, interfaces, subsystems, equipment, and software under development, enhancement, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a quality control plan that assures software is developed to remain useful and available to other software developers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a process for maintaining configuration management for on- and off-site software development and data storage.
  
  
  

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of experience directly related to software development of autonomous systems.
• 1 year of experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
  
  
  

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, and/or Computer Science field.
