Mission
Able to define a technical roadmap and solution architecture for the evolution of Dynamics CRM as part of an omnichannel customer strategy
Define integration between TME system, authentication systems and data/reporting systems
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders in TME (Operations, system engineering, Cloud team, etc.) & NMSC IT scope
Collaborate between various project teams to deliver architecture
Identify technological risks and counter measures
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and technical support teams to define project requirements & specification
Maintain documentation regarding processes & operations
Ensure adequate monitoring solutions are in place
Perform code reviews of Azure integration components (Azure Functions, Web Apps, Web Jobs)
Follow up on the evolution of standards, best practices (code quality, DevOps, architecture patterns)
Follow up and coordinate activities of support and deployment team
Handling of technical debt

Engineering & software architecture design
Be able to design, explain and defend the target system architecture
Be able to guide team to implement the target architecture with appropriate quality gateways
Be opinionated and challenge and highlight implementation decisions and risks that could jeopardise the ongoing quality of the product
Working with multiple teams to pull the information needed to support your decisions and design and to gain concensus
Extensive experience with large scale integrations of Dynamics 365 CE (Inbound & outbound) and a complex Dynamics setup using multi-layered solutions
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales, Microsoft Customer Voice and the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
Able to built prototypes and proof of concepts if needed
Experience with providing guidance around improving reporting and analytics layer for Dynamics CRM is a plus.
