FLAME University is looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our dynamic team and contribute to students' career readiness and professional development. This role involves training students on resume writing, interview preparation, communication skills, and overall personality enhancement to ensure they are industry-ready.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training programs and workshops focused on soft skills, communication, resume writing, and interview techniques.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions to enhance students' confidence and employability.
• Assess student training needs and create customized upskilling plans.
• Provide individual coaching and mentorship to students for placement preparation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruiter expectations to ensure relevant training content.
• Collaborate with faculty and the Career Services Office (CSO) to align training programs with employer requirements.
• Maintain training records and progress reports to track student development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Communication or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Experience: In soft skills training, career coaching, or corporate training
• Strong expertise in resume building, interview coaching, and professional grooming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions.
