Position Summary
A Soft Skills Trainer designs and conducts training programs to improve interpersonal skills among employees. Some of your duties include identifying training needs, creating learning content that gets students excited to learn more and then running hands-on workshops on specific topics as well as measuring the effectiveness of those trainings. A strong communicator who can think and create interactive training materials, this is someone focused also on just-in-time learning.
