Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that address specific soft skills needs identified within the organization. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms. Adapt training methods to suit the learning styles and needs of participants. Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify the soft skills gaps within the organization. Collaborate with HR and management to understand specific skill development requirements. Feedback and Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in soft skills training. Continuously update training materials to reflect current standards and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communication, psychology etc.). Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of soft skills concepts and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences. Certification in training or coaching is a plus.
