Duties include providing direct oversight and supervision of Social Services programs, such as program implementation and deployment for grant-funded non-profit agency programs and coordination of in-house homelessness programs; managing all social services reimbursement, allocation, financial assistance and performance measurement processes; ensuring all grant-awarded contracts are reported appropriately into the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) system to ensure HUD compliance; ensuring appropriate and timely reporting for in-house homelessness programs and providing direct supervision of the Housing Advocate and other homelessness program position(s), handling review of work product, assignment of duties, hiring, counseling, evaluation, and discipline. This position is the main coordination source for the division's responses to homelessness. A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with major course work in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field and three years of increasingly responsible related experience in grant administration, social service delivery system, HUD reporting, and financial and project management.
