We are on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Executive on a contractual basis for one of our ventures MyndCanvas.



MyndCanvas is a leading name in the digital storytelling universe, where imagination meets the canvas of reality. We specialize in creating immersive novels & stories that push the boundaries of art and narrative.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Social Media Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s voice online — cultivating vibrant digital communities, creating high-value organic content, and building lasting engagement with our audience. If you have a deep understanding of platform dynamics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to spark conversations that matter, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and nurture an authentic online community aligned with the brand's ethos.
  • Engage daily with audiences across platforms (comments, DMs, mentions), turning followers into advocates.
  • Monitor conversations and trends to proactively participate in cultural moments.


Organic Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to drive follower growth and engagement without paid media.
  • Continuously analyze performance and audience insights to refine strategy and content direction.
  • Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers, brand advocates, and community stakeholders.


Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to produce engaging social-first content.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and execution with a strong pulse on digital trends and platform innovations.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key metrics related to community growth, engagement, reach, and sentiment.
  • Present actionable insights and recommend iterative improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and competitor activity.


Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Quora, Reddit, etc.) — preferably in a high-growth, brand-led or agency environment.
  • A storyteller at heart, with an instinct for what resonates and drives connection online.
  • Proven ability to drive organic growth and community engagement through strategic and creative thinking.
  • Comfortable navigating analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout/Social bakers, etc.) and translating data into strategy.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, platform-specific nuances, and digital behavior.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
