Job Title: Client Servicing / Social Media Manager


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Oversee content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for social media strategy and execution
  • Ensure alignment between clients' business goals and social media initiatives
  • Analyze social media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with paid media, creative, and strategy teams to integrate social media with broader marketing efforts
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through innovative solutions


What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management & client servicing, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading team
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and performance metric
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • A passion for digital trends, creativity, and brand storytelling
