Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Aashakiran IVF’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and YouTube.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Designing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. (Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply!)
• Strong understanding of healthcare, IVF, or medical sector marketing (preferred).
• Expertise in content creation, digital advertising, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
