We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our clients' social media success.

Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned social media professional to drive strategy and execution for our clients. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of content creators and designers, developing innovative campaigns, and ensuring impactful online engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and designers.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
• Oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Analyze social media trends and data to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Apart from this you will also be managing their Meta leads, GMB pages etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and paid social advertising.
• Proven experience leading a team of digital marketers.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and community management is a plus.
