Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts for stories.
3. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum effectiveness.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices and implement new techniques as appropriate. 
6. Brainstorming, ideation for mood boards, content and maintaining social media calendar and posting grids. 
7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, brand uniqueness, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
9. Maintaining prior drafts for approvals and changes if required any. 
10. Coordinate with photographers, content creators and influencers. 
11. Handle crisis communication situations on social media with sensitivity.
12. Regularly report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
13. Reporting at the end of each day with the work done for the day over a mail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.

Strong content creation skills including writing, graphic design, and basic video editing.

Proficiency with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms as required.

Excellent communication and community management abilities.

Understanding of trends and paid advertising strategies for social growth.
