Summary

Job Description: Manage daily operations at the front desk. Oversee course management and scheduling. Follow up on customer requests and conduct follow-up visits. Manage social media accounts, including content planning and editing. Perform basic video editing and publish content across platforms. Assist in overall management tasks as needed. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above At least 1 year’s relevant experience in reception or office administration Able to handle customer needs and complaints in a friendly and patient manner Basic text editing and video editing skills, able to independently plan, edit, and publishcontent on social media is preferred. Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English Good telephone manner and communication skills in English & Chinese Proficient in computer applications in particular MS Word, MS Excel, etc Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment.
